#124 – Galapagos tortoise w/deformity

Spent my Star Wars Day at the Reptile Park. This old tortoise has a depressed shell from what looks like having been tied with rope or pollution having restricted its growth. He’s cantankerous enough to chase his keepers slowly around the pen.

EDIT: I’ve since learned what in fact happened was a branch fell on it’s back during a storm, crushing the shell – which would explain the poor thing’s cranky demeanor.
